“I had 2 sound bath sessions with Carrie. Carrie always put in effort to ensure the space is conducive, relaxing and comfortable. She will patiently share about the type of instruments she will be using and ask for feedback after the sessions. In my first session, I could feel my whole body relaxing. It feels as though my body is no longer touching the floor. I felt very relaxed and recharged after the session.

Then in my second session, I experienced vibrations down my back. It’s like having a massage. I also felt recharged after the session. In the 2nd session, Carrie used more types of instruments. I appreciate the effort she put in to choreograph the sound bath session using different instruments to achieve different results. Looking forward to more sound bath sessions with Carrie!
