Embrace Gentleness and Self-Care

gentlehabitspace was born from years of contemplating how to live a life filled with gentleness—towards myself, towards others, even amidst the demands of daily life.

Our mission is to build mental and emotional strength through modes of gentleness, through the sound of music, meditative sound journey, sound healing tools and building a community around it.

In our busy lives, it's easy to neglect our well-being and forget to celebrate ourselves. We rarely pause to listen to our physical and emotional needs, or to practice kindness towards ourselves. By filling our physical and emotional health jars, we gain the energy to support ourselves, our families, and our communities, both inwardly and outwardly.

I invite you to cultivate gentle habits and connect with your inner essence. Join me on a restful and therapeutic journey with music and sound to find the rhythm that inspires a happy and grounded life. As we align our breath with the rhythm, our hearts open gently, and harmony dances softly through us. In this space, we connect with ourselves, let love grow within, and allow this love to flow outward, embracing the world around us.

Hello:) I am Carrie

I was first introduced to Sound Therapy many years ago as a recipient and experienced its profound effects firsthand. The deep relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance I gained led me to pursue formal training in sound therapy learning how to use multiple instruments holistically to create space for deep relaxation.

I am particularly passionate about Himalayan Singing Bowls and love to weave in the grounding vibrations of Earth Gongs, the gentle melodies of 9-bar swinging chimes, and the soothing rhythms of ocean drums into my sessions.

My mission is to support you to find your inner space where relaxation, inner calm, and gentleness comes naturally. Each session is an opportunity for you to reconnect with yourself, unwind, and rediscover the peace and beauty within you.

Sound therapy feels like a natural extension of years of meditation practice and my training in Foundational Cognitively-Based Compassion Training from Emory University.

I hold certifications from Vikasa Yoga and Shantika Sound Sanctuary, approved by the Golden Temple Tibetan Centre of Sound Therapy and the International Sound Therapy Association. I am also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
